Public Offer (Agreement for the Provision of Information and Consulting Services)

This document is an official public offer (offer) from individual entrepreneurs Volokhova Oksana Yevhenivna and Bairamova Alina Oleksandrivna, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider,” to conclude an agreement on the terms set out below with any individual, hereinafter referred to as the “Client.”

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Offer regulates the procedure for providing information and consulting services through the website.

1.2. The website is not a travel agency or tour operator and does not sell travel services, tours, tickets, or bookings.

1.3. Acceptance of this Offer is considered as:

• submitting and sending an application through the forms on the website;

• contacting via the contact details provided on the website.

1.4. From the moment of acceptance, the Client is deemed to have read and agreed to the terms of this Offer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Provider provides the Client with information and consulting services, specifically:

• consultations regarding travel destinations;

• individual selection of travel options based on the Client’s request;

• providing reference information on routes, countries, and types of vacations.

2.2. The Provider is not a party to agreements that the Client enters into with third parties (tour operators, airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.).

3. Procedure for Providing Services

3.1. Services are provided individually based on the Client’s request.

3.2. Service format:

• oral or written consultations;

• communication via phone, messengers, or email.

3.3. Final terms of the trip, bookings, and payments are agreed directly with third parties.

4. Cost and Payment

4.1. The website does not accept online payments.

4.2. Terms of possible payment for consulting services (if provided) are agreed individually outside the website.

5. Responsibilities of the Parties

5.1. The Provider is not responsible for:

• actions or inactions of third parties;

• changes in travel conditions;

• flight or booking cancellations;

• visa refusals;

• force majeure circumstances.

5.2. The Provider does not guarantee that the information provided will fully meet the Client’s expectations, as the Client makes independent decisions regarding the trip.

6. Personal Data

6.1. The Client consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the website.

6.2. Personal data is used exclusively for communication and providing consultations.

7. Term of the Offer

7.1. The Offer takes effect from the moment it is posted on the website and is valid indefinitely.

7.2. The Provider has the right to change the terms of the Offer without prior notice to Clients.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if not possible — in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

8.2. Invalidity of individual provisions of the Offer does not affect the validity of the document as a whole.
