User Agreement
This User Agreement (hereinafter – the “Agreement”) defines the terms of use of the website and regulates the relationship between the website owner and its users.
By using the website, the user confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The owner and administrator of the website are individual entrepreneurs Volokhova Oksana Yevhenivna and Bairamova Alina Oleksandrivna (hereinafter – the “Website Administration”).

3. Rights and Obligations of the User
The User has the right to:

5. Liability

5.2. The User makes independent decisions regarding trips and bears full responsibility for them.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All website materials (texts, images, logos, design) are intellectual property and belong to the Website Administration or are used legally.
6.2. Copying, distribution, or use of website materials without written consent from the Website Administration is prohibited.
7. Personal Data

8. Final Provisions

8.3. Any disputes arising under this Agreement are resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
